BNB Chain: Pitch & Build

A room built for builders — where developers pitched, shipped, and sat across the table from the VCs who fund what comes next.

450+ devs boarded · 5+ VCs · 250+ shortlisted · 40+ projects built

BNB Cafe — Pitch & Build, Bengaluru.

BNB Cafe: Pitch & Build is a developer-and-VC activation format I own marketing and execution for — pairing an open pitch stage with hands-on build sessions, so founders leave with feedback and a shipped prototype, not just a demo slot.

The full BNB run — from the room to the people in it.

Structuring the funnel mattered as much as the room itself. I ran outreach across 450+ developers, built a filter that narrowed it to 250+ shortlisted, and closed with 5+ VCs evaluating 40+ shipped projects live — later spotlighted twice on BNB Chain's own channels.

Creditcoin & Ludium

A web3-first ideathon built around decentralised infrastructure and developer tooling, and a funnel that needed real builders, not just registrations.

Moonshot Idea Space — India pairs web3 infrastructure and developer tooling with a fast, well-resourced sprint for builders. I led the marketing and onboarding that filled the room with people ready to actually build and ship on-chain.

execution, marketing, submissions & PR
WEEX — AI Wars: Alpha Awakens

Not a single lane, but the whole stack — execution, marketing, submissions, and the PR that carried it past launch day.

WEEX needed one person who could hold the full campaign together, from the first project brief to the last piece of coverage. I ran it end to end.

Campaign buildout, project flow, and the pull of the room.

The work was about making the campaign feel active from the first touchpoint to the final showcase — mixing marketing, deadlines, visibility, and a submissions pipeline that delivered a real set of projects instead of just signups.

U2U Network — VietBUIDL Hackathon

One of the biggest hackathons in Southeast Asia — a $4M pool, and a submissions pipeline that needed to move fast.

As Head of Marketing & Growth at Fluxor, I led the marketing strategy and project submissions pipeline, pushing 25+ projects through to completion.

Story Protocol

Two days, two different rooms. Day one was about reach. Day two was about depth.

Day one: 80+ developers and 40+ new IP projects onboarded. Day two, smaller by design: 35 developers building projects with direct lines to VCs in the room.

Day one and day two in the room.

The Story Protocol engagement worked on two levels: a broad ecosystem push on day one, and a tighter, higher-conviction builder room on day two. The result was a clearer bridge between developer participation and real investor attention.

community & ecosystem engagement
India Blockchain Week

A community-first blockchain gathering built for conversations, collaboration, and momentum — connecting founders, builders, partners, and the wider ecosystem under one roof.

In this work, I helped shape the experience and activation around the event, bridging the energy of the community with the visibility needed to turn attention into tangible participation.

Community-led momentum at scale.

India Blockchain Week sits in the same lane as the work I do best: building rooms where people actually connect, move quickly, and leave with something useful — whether that means relationships, opportunities, or a clearer path forward.

program manager
GirlScript & Social Summer of Code

Before Web3 events, there was scale of a different kind — thousands of students, mentors, and repos.

As Program Manager across GirlScript Summer of Code, GirlScript Winter of Blockchain, and Social Summer of Code, I owned outreach, mentor coordination, and the contributor pipeline for three of India's largest open-source onboarding programs.

50,000+ students onboarded across all three programs

The core of this work was building a dependable contributor flywheel — from outreach to mentor support to follow-through — so that large student communities could actually turn interest into sustained participation.

Let's talk.

Send me links & demos to your work, or just say hello. I read everything that lands here.
